Get your team to write a person’s name on a name tag sticker. The person can be anyone – another colleague/boss, a celebrity, a cartoon character, a sports star, or a client of your company. Then stick the name tag on another player, so that player can’t see who they are, but the rest of the team can. Now start guessing by asking other people questions that can only be answered by a ‘yes’ or a ‘no’ (e.g., “Am I a celebrity?”).
This is a great way to warm up and get your employees to talk to each other, especially if you have multiple teams who don’t often get together.
Shark Tank
Host a creative thinking activity, just like the television series Shark Tank, and encourage your employees to think outside the box and pitch their great ideas.
